• Non-cash awards will be handled at RummyCircle’s discretion; they are not transferable.
• Players from several states—Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Assam, Sikkim, Telangana—are not eligible to play.
• Only one account is allowed for each participant; additional accounts will cause disqualification.
