Add Cash Limit

What are the different types of Limits on RummyCircle?
- Monthly Limit:
A default monthly Add Cash Limit is set by the system, which depends on your RummyCircle Profile Verification status. - 24-Hour Limit:
A dynamic 24-Hour limit is set by the system.
Example: Say you have a 24-Hour Limit of r 1000 and you have added r 300 at 7:00 PM, in the next 24 hours, that is until 7:00 PM the next day, you can add r 700 to your account. - Self-Set Limits
Apart from the limits set by the system, you can also set your own Monthly and 24-Hour Limits.
- Self-Set Monthly Limit
You can set your own Monthly Limit on the Add Cash Limits page.
- Self-Set 24-Hour Limit - <NEW>
You can set your own 24-Hour Limit on the Add Cash Limits page. Your Self-Set 24-Hour Add Cash Limit cannot exceed 33% of your Self-Set Monthly Add Cash Limit. If it exceeds, the slider will auto-adjust itself accordingly.
Note:
- Your Self-Set Add Cash Limits cannot exceed the Add Cash Limits defined by the system.
- If the Monthly Limit or 24-Hour Limit set by RummyCircle is reduced, then your Self-Set Limits would be auto-adjusted as per the new limits.
- Monthly Limits & 24-Hour Limits:
- If you are KYC verified: You can increase your Add Cash Limits by sending us a request through the Contact Us (Games Lobby >> Main Menu >> Contact Us) page.
- If your KYC is not verified: You will need to verify your KYC first and only then will your Add Cash Limits be changed. - Self-Set Monthly Limit & Self-Set 24-Hour Limit:
You can change it by yourself after 72 hours of your previous change. - Monthly Limit:
If you have hit your Monthly Add Cash limit and wish to increase it, here’s what you need to do -
- If you are KYC verified: You can send us a request through the Contact Us (Games Lobby >> Main Menu >> Contact Us) page.
- If your KYC is not verified: You will need to verify your KYC first and only then will your Add Cash Limits be changed. - 24-Hour Limit:
If you have hit your 24-Hour Add Cash limit set by us and wish to increase it, you will have to wait for the next 24 hours to begin as no changes can be made until then. - Self-Set Limits:
If you have hit your Self-Set Add Cash limits within the 72 hours of setting it and wish to increase the same, you will have to wait until the 72 hours are over. And then, you can go to the My Accounts page to make changes in your Self-Set Limits.
