Terms & Conditions

  • India’s Rummy Championship (IRC) is valid for cash players from all states of India except Telangana & Assam. A Cash player is defined as a player who has successfully added cash in his/her RummyCircle account and has played at least one Cash Game.
  • IRC Online Qualifiers will be held from 15th November to 9th December only. Players who have won qualifiers, win tickets to the Daily Finale. Winners of the Daily Finale will get a ticket into the IRC Grand Finale in Bengaluru.
  • Direct entry into the Daily Finale is possible by playing the r 6,000 qualifier. However, a seat to the Daily Finale is not guaranteed. A seat is allotted only post registration and will be done on a first come first serve basis.
  • A ticket to Daily Finale does not guarantee entry into the IRC Grand Finale in Bengaluru. Only players who win the IRC Grand Finale Ticket in the Daily Finale are eligible to enter in the IRC Grand Finale in Bengaluru.
  • In case a player who has won a ticket to the Daily Finale for 25th November misses out on joining the tournament on the same day, he/she will not be eligible to use the same ticket in the next Daily Finale i.e. on 26th November.
  • Daily Finale and IRC Grand Finale tickets issued are non-transferable and shall not entitle any benefit, other than the right to participate in the respective tournament.
  • Entry to the Qualifiers or Daily Finale will be on first-come, first served basis. RummyCircle cannot be held responsible for any player not getting a seat.
  • Every individual player can get only one Grand Finale ticket to India’s Rummy Championship in Bengaluru.
  • The decision on distribution of tickets to players is the sole decision of the management and binding on all aspirants in case of any disputes.
  • Royal Entry: All cash players can opt for DIRECT ENTRY to the IRC Grand Finale by purchasing the ‘Royal Entry’ ticket for r 50,000 from the Royal Entry tab. The Royal Entry fee can be paid in 5 instalments of r 10,000 each. All 5 instalments i.e. the complete amount of r 50,000 must be paid in order to receive the Royal Entry ticket. If a player is not able to pay all 5 instalments in time, the player will not be given the Royal Entry ticket & will not receive a refund of the instalments paid.
  • Prize Information: The winners will be eligible to receive cash and non-cash prizes as per the prize distribution plan, which may be subject to change.
  • Prize Credits: Cash prizes will be credited to the RummyCircle user account of the winners instantly upon completion of the relevant prize round in each IRC Weekly Qualifier or Sunday Finale & IRC Grand Finale, as the case may be. There can be a delay of a few hours in the finale prize money credit.
  • Binding Decision: The decision of RummyCircle.com in any dispute regarding winning and disbursement of prizes shall be final and binding on all participants.
  • TDS Deduction: TDS, if applicable, will be deducted by RummyCircle at prevailing rates. The recipient shall, however, be required to submit a signed copy of the PAN card to support@rummycircle.com before withdrawing the cash prize.
  • Notwithstanding anything contained herein, RummyCircle reserves the right to modify conditions applicable to or withdraw or cancel the IRC, any or all IRC Qualifiers or any or all Sunday Finales at any time without prior notice. RummyCircle's decision regarding the same shall be at its sole discretion and shall be final and binding without any liability whatsoever on RummyCircle.
  • For IRC Finalists :
    • Commercial recording & usage: RummyCircle reserves the right to film or record the players during the main event in Bengaluru & utilize the same with/without edits and modifications for online/offline promotions at any time in future.
    • Process flow post winning Grand Finale Tickets: All Finalists who have won the Grand Finale tickets to IRC Grand Finale will be required to fill a survey form, giving correct details required by RummyCircle to make their accommodation arrangements in Bengaluru.
    • Accommodation arrangements will be made only for players who have submitted these details post winning the Grand Finale Ticket.
    • Please Note: All travel arrangement to & fro Bengaluru for the IRC Grand Finale will be borne by the IRC Finalists alone. Post winning the Grand Finale ticket, the player has to confirm his/her travel arrangement details with RummyCircle within 72 hours of winning. Please note: The player’s Grand Finale ticket will expire if the travel arrangements are not made & shared with RummyCircle. RummyCircle will not be responsible for flight availability or ticket availability from any location.There will be no obligation on RummyCircle to book flights of participants for commercial or other business reason in the opinion of RummyCircle.
    • All details on who the player needs to contact on reaching Bengaluru will be sent across to players post having consented on their presence for the IRC Grand Finale in Bengaluru.
    • It is the player's responsibility to ensure he reaches the airport on time. In the event of missing the flight by the player, RummyCircle will not be accountable. In such a scenario player will again have to make his own travel arrangement to reach Bengaluru, at his cost.
    • Players will be provided accommodation on a twin sharing basis. No family members or relatives will be allowed in the event.
    • Medical assistance will be available on the hotel premises with the help of a qualified medical professional. Please inform the RummyCircle team in case of support required for a disabled person prior to the event.
    • In the event of misbehavior or misconduct: The player will be asked to leave the premises where the IRC Grand Finale is being conducted and their prizes if any, may be forfeited.
    • RummyCircle and Floor Personnel are to consider the best interest of the game and fairness as the top priority in the decision-making process. Unusual circumstances may on occasion dictate that decisions in the interest of fairness take priority over the technical rules. The decisions of RummyCircle and/or Floor Personnel will be final.
  • Player responsibilities :
    • Players are expected to register on time for the event, stick to the seat assigned provided, follow all instructions being given by the dealers, speak up if they see a mistake being made.
    • Comply with the rules, follow proper etiquette, and generally contribute to an orderly tournament.
    • All IRC Finalists are required to carry their valid ID proofs (Aaadhar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID only), before entering the tournament arena in Taj Bengaluru. All the rounds will be played offline in the presence of a trained dealer.
    • Players may not speak on the phone while at the table. They must step away from the table to conduct their call and shall not contact or speak to other participants during games.
    • Third-party members will not be allowed to play in the main event of IRC Grand Finale in Bengaluru on behalf of the IRC finalist. The IRC Grand Finale Ticket that will be issued in the name of the finalist will belong to him/her alone & will not be transferable under any circumstances.
  • Tournament Seating :
    • All tournament seating will be randomly assigned and non-changeable.
    • Tournament staff reserves the right to adjust seating to accommodate players with special needs throughout the tournament and to balance tables at the start of the tournament.
    • Players will be given bands on their arrival in the hotel. These bands serve the purpose to authenticate the players during the registration process. Anyone who does not have the bands will not be allowed to enter the event premises.
    • In case of loss of band, the player needs to reach out to the IRC helpdesk at TAJ. The player needs to furnish their RummyCircle login details along with valid ID proofs (Aaadhar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID only) for us to reissue the same. Any re-issuing of a band in case of loss will only be entertained up to 2 hours prior to the main event.
  • Deck Changes :Deck changes will be on the Dealer push, or as determined by RummyCircle. Players may not ask for deck changes.
  • Penalties & Player Etiquettes :
    • Players on the same table cannot advise or criticize a play before the action is completed or even after it is completed.
    • Players cannot discuss cards or strategy with any spectator.
    • Players cannot seek or receive consultation from an outside source.
    • Players on the same table cannot expose their cards to other players
    • Players who show their cards to a player who has already dropped will receive a penalty. Players doing this repeatedly will be penalized.
  • Etiquette Violations : Repeated etiquette violations will result in penalties assessed by the tournament staff and/or RummyCircle. Examples include, but are not limited to, unnecessarily touching other players’ cards, delaying the game, repeatedly acting out of turn or excessive talking, disturbing other players. In addition, inappropriate celebration through extended theatrics, inappropriate behavior, or physical actions, gestures, or conduct may be penalized. These violations also include abusive behavior towards other players’ playing styles and/or berating players for how they have played or are playing the tournament.
  • Foul Language : Foul Language: The abuse of other players, tournament staff, venue staff or other personnel will not be tolerated. Foul, obscene or offensive language directed at any player or staff member may result in a penalty. Repeated non directed foul, obscene or offensive language may also result in a penalty.
  • All participants must behave in a courteous and civil manner throughout the tournament. Any individual who encounters inappropriate behavior on the part of another individual should immediately contact the Tournament Staff. This shall include but is not limited to, any player whose personal hygiene or health has become disruptive to the other players seated at their table. The determination as to whether an individual’s personal hygiene or health is disruptive to other players shall be determined by the Tournament Staff which may, in its discretion, implement sanctions upon any such player who refuses to remedy the situation in a manner satisfactory to RummyCircle.
  • RummyCircle and/or the Tournament Staff may penalize any act, that in the sole and absolute discretion of RummyCircle is/isn’t inconsistent with the official rules or best interests of the event.
  • Penalties : Penalties: In its sole and absolute discretion, RummyCircle and/or the Tournament Staff may impose penalties (listed below) ranging from a verbal warning escalating up to disqualification and exclusion from all RummyCircle Live Events. Penalties will be invoked without limitation, in cases of soft-play, abusive or disruptive behavior. A penalty may be imposed if a player throws a card off the table, forcefully mucks their cards causing one or all cards to turn over, is repeatedly slow to act. Abuse of other players, tournament staff, venue staff or other personnel is strictly prohibited.
  • Information Updates : All email communication for each IRC Weekly Qualifier or IRC Sunday Finale will be sent from info@rummycirclemails.com and support@rummycircle.com. Please add these IDs to your safe senders' list. Communication to all finalists regarding the main event will be sent from irc@rummycircle.com. For any queries related to the main event, stay, logistics please communicate with this email ID only.
  • ఇండియా రమ్మీ ఛాంపియన్ షిప్ (ఐఆర్ సి) తెలంగాణ, ఒడిష, అస్సాం మినహా భారత్ లోని అన్ని రాష్ట్రాల నగదు ప్లేయర్లకు వర్తిస్తుంది. నగదు ప్లేయర్ అంటే తన రమ్మీసర్కిల్ ఖాతాలో ఒకసారి విజయవంతంగా నగదు జమచేసి కనీసం ఒక నగదు ఆట అయినా ఆడిన వారు.
  • ఐఆర్ సి ఆన్ లైన్ క్వాలిఫయర్స్ నవంబర్ 15 నుంచి డిసెంబర్ 9 వరకు మాత్రమే జరుగుతుంది. క్వాలిఫయర్స్ లో గెలిచిన ప్లేయర్లు రోజువారీ ఫినాలేకు టికెట్లు గెలుచుకుంటారు. రోజువారీ ఫినాలే విజేతలు బెంగళూరు ఐఆర్ సి గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలే టెకెట్టు పొందుతారు.
  • రూ .6000 క్వాలిఫయర్ ఆడటం ద్వారా రోజువారీ ఫినాలేలో నేరుగా ప్రవేశించవచ్చు. అయితే, రోజువారీ ఫినాలేలో స్థానానికి హామీ లేదు. నమోదు తర్వాతే స్థానం కేటాయించబడుతుంది, ముందు వచ్చిన వారికి ముందు ప్రాతిపదికన ఇది ఉంటుంది.
  • రోజువారీ ఫినాలే టికెట్టుతో బెంగుళూరు ఐఆర్ సి గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలే హామీ లేదు. రోజువారీ ఫినాలేలో ఐఆర్ సి గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలే గిలుచుకున్న ప్లేయర్లు మాత్రమే బెంగళూరు ఐఆర్ సి గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలేలో ప్రవేశానికి అర్హులు.
  • ఒకవేళ ప్లేయర్ నవంబర్ 25 రోజువారి ఫినాలే టికెట్టు గెలిచి అదేరోజు టోర్నమెంట్ లో చేరలేకపోతే అతను/ఆమె అదే టికెట్టును తరువాతి రోజువారీ ఫినాలే, అంటే నవంబర్ 26కు వాడుకోలేరు.
  • జారీ చేయబడిన రోజువారీ ఫినాలే, ఐఆర్ సి గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలే టికెట్లను బదిలీ చేయరాదు, ఆయా టోర్నమెంట్ లో పాల్గొనే హక్కు తప్ప వాటిద్వారా మరే ప్రయోజనమూ కల్పించబడదు.
  • క్వాలిఫయర్స్ లేదా రోజువారీ ఫినాలేలో ప్రవేశం ‘ముందు వచ్చిన వారికి ముందు’ ప్రాతిపదికన లభిస్తుంది. ఏదైనా ప్లేయర్ స్థానం పొందలేకపొతే రమ్మీసర్కిల్ కు ఎటువంటి బాధ్యతా లేదు.
  • ఒక ప్లేయర్ కు భారత దేశపు రమ్మీ ఛాంపియన్ షిప్ , బెంగుళూరుకు ఒకే గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలే టికెట్ లభిస్తుంది.
  • ప్లేయర్లకు టికెట్ల పంపిణీపై పూర్తి అధికారం యాజమన్యానిదే. వివాదం తలెత్తిన పక్షంలో అభ్యర్ధులు అందరూ దానికి కట్టుబడి ఉండాలి.
  • రాయల్ ప్రవేశం : నగదు ప్లేయర్లు అందరూ రు 50 వేలకు ‘రాయల్ ఎంట్రీ’ ట్యాబ్ నుంచి ‘రాయల్ ఎంట్రీ’ టికెట్లు కొని ప్రత్యక్ష ప్రవేశం ఎంచుకోవచ్చు. ఈ రాయల్ ప్రవేశం రుసుమును రు 10వేల చొప్పున ఐదు వాయిదాలలో చెల్లించవచ్చు. రాయల్ ప్రవేశం టికెట్టు పొందడానికి అన్ని వాయిదాలు, అంటే రు 50 వేలు, చెల్లించాలి. ఒకవేళ అన్ని వాయిదాలూ చెల్లించకపొతే టికెట్టు ఇవ్వబడదు, చెల్లించిన వాయిదాల నగదు వాపసు చేయబడదు.
  • బహుమతి సమాచారం : బహుమతి ప్రధాన ప్రణాళిక ప్రకారం విజేతలు నగదు, నగదేతర బహుమతులకు అర్హులు. ఈ ప్రణాళికలో మార్పులు ఉండవచ్చు.
  • బహుమతి జమలు : ప్రతి వారపు ఐఆర్ సి క్వాలిఫయర్ లేదా ఆదివారపు ఫినాలే, ఐఆర్ సి గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలే, ఏదైతే అది, పూర్తయిన తరవాత, బహుమతుల డబ్బు విజేతల రమ్మీసర్కిల్ ఖాతాలో వెంటనే జమ అవుతుంది.
  • తుది నిర్ణయం : గెలుపు, బహుమతుల వితరణకు సంబంధించిన ఏ వివాదంలో అయినా రమ్మీసర్కిల్.కాం దే తుదినిర్ణయం. అన్నిపక్షాలూ దానికే కట్టుబడి ఉండాలి.
  • మూలంలో పన్ను మినహాయింపు : వర్తించే సందర్భాల్లో మూలంలో పన్నును అమల్లోఉన్న రేట్ల ప్రకారం రమ్మీ సర్కిల్ మినహాయిస్తుంది. స్వీకర్త బహుమతి నగదును ఉపసంహరించుకునే ముందు సంతకం చేసిన పాన్ కార్డు ప్రతిని.support@rummycircle.com కు పంపాలి.
  • ఇక్కడ పేర్కొన్న్న దేనితోనూ నిమిత్తంలేకుండా ఐఆర్ సికి వర్తించే నిబంధనలను సవరించే, ఉపసంహరించే లేదా రద్దు చేసే, ఏదేని లేదా అన్ని ఐఆర్ సి క్వాలిఫయర్లను, ఏదేని లేదా అన్ని ఆదివారపు ఫినాలేలను ముందస్తు సమాచారం లేకుండా ఏ సమయంలో అయినా ఉపసంహరించే లేదా రద్దు చేసే అధికారం రమ్మీసర్కిల్ కు ఉంది. ఈ విషయంలో రమ్మీసర్కిల్ నిర్ణయం అంతిమమైనది, అందరూ కట్టుబడాల్సినది. దీనికి రమ్మీసర్కిల్ ఎటువంటి వహించదు.
  • ఐఆర్ సి ఫైనలిస్టుల కోసం :
    • వాణిజ్య రికార్డింగ్ మరియు వాడుక : బెంగుళూరులో జరిగే ప్రధాన పోటీలో ప్లేయర్లను చిత్రీకరించే లేదా రికార్డు చేసే హక్కును రమ్మీసర్కిల్ కలిగి ఉంటుంది. దానిని ఎడిట్ చేసి లేదా చేయకుండా మరియు మార్పులతో ఆన్ లైన్లోను, బయట భవిష్యత్తులో ఎప్పుడైనా వాడుకునే హక్కు వారికీ ఉంటుంది.
    • గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలే టికెట్ల గెలుపు అనంతర ప్రక్రియ : ఐఆర్ సి గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలేకు గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలే టికెట్లు గెలుచుకున్న ఫైనలిస్టులు అందరూ బెంగుళూరులో రమ్మేసర్కిల్ వసతి సౌకర్యాలు కల్పించేందుకు ఒక పత్రంలో తమ కచ్చితమైన వివరాలు ఇవ్వాలి.
    • గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలే టికెట్లు గెలుచుకున్న తర్వాత ఈ వివరాలన్నీ ఇచ్చిన ప్లేయర్లకే ఏర్పాట్లు చేయబడతాయి.
    • దయచేసి గమనించండిబెంగుళూరు ఐఆర్ సి గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలేకు రానుపోను ప్రయాణ ఖర్చులను ఐఆర్ సి ఫైనలిస్ట్ లే భరించాలి. గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలే టికెట్టు గెలుచుకున్న 72 గంటలలోపు ప్లేయర్ తన ప్రయాణ ఏర్పాట్ల గురించి రమ్మీసర్కిల్ కు తెలియజేయాలి. ప్రయాణ ఏర్పాట్లు చేసుకుని, వాటిని రమ్మీసర్కిల్ కు తెలియజేయకపొతే ప్లేయర్ గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలే టికెట్టు రద్దయిపోతుందని దయచేసి గమనించాలి. ఏ ప్రాంతం నుంచయినా విమాన లేదా టికెట్ లభ్యతకు రమ్మీసర్కిల్ బాధ్యత వహించదు. పాల్గొనే వారికీ వాణిజ్యపరంగా గాని మరో విధంగా గాని విమాన టికెట్లు బుక్ చేయాల్సిన బాధ్యత రమ్మీసర్కిల్ కు లేదు.
    • ప్లేయర్ ఐఆర్ సి బెంగుళూరు గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలేకు వస్తున్నట్టు ధ్రువీకరించిన అనంతరం బెంగుళూరు వచ్చిన తర్వాత ఎవరితో మాట్లాడాలి వంటి వివరాలను వారికి తెలియజేయడం జరుగుతుంది.
    • విమానాశ్రయానికి సకాలంలో చేరుకోవడం ప్లేయర్ బాధ్యత. ఒకవేళ వారు విమానం అందుకోలేక పొతే రమ్మీసర్కిల్ కు సంబంధం లేదు. అటువంటి సందర్భంలో ప్లేయర్ బెంగళూరు చేరుకోడానికి మళ్ళీ సొంతంగా ఏర్పాట్లు చేసుకోవాలి.
    • ప్లేయర్లకు ఒక గదిలో ఇద్దరికీ చొప్పున వసతి కల్పించబడుతుంది. కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు లేదా బంధువులకు పోటీ ప్రదేశంలో అనుమతి ఉండదు.
    • హోటల్ ఆవరణలోనే అర్హులైన వైద్య సిబ్బందిచే వైద్యసహాయం అందించ బడుతుంది. వికలాంగులు ఎవరికైనా సహాయం అవసరమైతే కార్యక్రమానికి ముందే ఆ సమాచారం రమ్మీసర్కిల్ కు అందించగలరు.
    • అసభ్య ప్రవర్తన లేదా దుష్ప్రవర్తన: అటువంటి సందర్భాల్లో ప్లేయర్ ను ఐఆర్ సి గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలే జరిగే ప్రదేశం నుంచి పంపి వేయడం జరుగుతుంది. వారి బహుమతులను వెనక్కి కూడా తీసుకోవచ్చు.
    • రమ్మీ సర్కిల్, అంతస్తు సిబ్బంది నిర్ణయ ప్రక్రియలో క్రీడా, సమన్యాయపు ఉత్తమ ప్రయోజనాలను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోవాలి. కొన్ని అసాధారణ సందర్భాల్లో సాంకేతికమైన నిబంధనల కంటే సమన్యాయానికి ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వాల్సి ఉంటుంది. రమ్మీసర్కిల్/అంతస్తు సిబ్బంది నిర్ణయాలే అంతిమం.
  • ప్లేయర్ బాధ్యతలు :
    • ప్లేయర్లు పోటీకి సకాలంలో నమోదు చేసుకుని, కేటాయించిన స్థానంలో ఉండి, డీలర్లు ఇచ్చిన ఆదేశాలను పాటించాలి. ఏదైనా పొరపాటును గమనిస్తే దానిని వారి దృష్టికి తీసుకురావచ్చు. -నిబంధనలు, సరైన సభ్యతా ప్రమాణాలు పాటించాలి. పోటీ సవ్యంగా జరగడానికి సహకరించాలి.
    • తాజ్ బెంగళూరులో పోటీ ప్రదేశంలోకి ప్రవేశించేటప్పుడు ఐఆర్ సి ఫైనలిస్టులందరూ చెల్లుబాటయ్యే ఏదైనా గుర్తింపు కార్డు (ఆధార్, పాస్ పోర్ట్, డ్రైవింగ్ లైసెన్స్, ఓటర్ ఐడి మాత్రమే) తమ దగ్గర ఉంచుకోవాలి. అన్ని రౌండ్లు బయటే ఒక శిక్షణ పొందిన డీలర్ సమక్షంలో జరుగుతాయి.
    • బల్ల దగ్గర నుంచి ప్లేయర్లు ఫోన్ లో మాట్లాడ రాదు. ఫోనులో మాట్లాడాల్సి వస్తే వారు బల్లలకు దూరంగా వెళ్ళాలి, ఆ సందర్భంలో ఆటలో ఉన్న ఇతరులతో మాట్లాడటం గాని, ఇతరత్రా సంబంధం కాని పెట్టుకోకూడదు.
    • ఐఆర్ సి ఫైనలిస్టుల తరఫున మూడోపక్షం వారు ఐఆర్ సి బెంగళూరు గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలే ప్రధాన పోటీలో పాల్గొనడానికి అనుమతిలేదు. ఫైనలిస్టు పేరిట జారీచేసిన ఐఆర్ సి గ్రాండ్ ఫినాలే టికెట్ అతను/ఆమెకే చెందుతుంది, ఎటువంటి పరిస్థితుల్లోను దాన్ని బదిలీ చేయడానికి వీలులేదు.
  • టోర్నమెంట్ సీటింగ్ :
    • సీట్ల కేటాయింపు యాదృచ్చికంగా జరుగుతుంది. మార్పులకు తావులేదు.
    • పోటీ జరిగినంత కాలం ప్రత్యేక అవసరాలు కలిగిన ప్లేయర్ల సౌకర్యం కోసం బల్లలను సర్దుబాటు చేసే, పోటీ ప్రారంభానికి ముందు బల్లలను సమతూకం చేసే హక్కును టోర్నమెంట్ సిబ్బంది కలిగి ఉంటారు.
    • ప్లేయర్లకు హోటల్ కు రాగానే బ్యాండ్స్ ఇవ్వబడతాయి. నమోదు ప్రక్రియలో ద్రువీకరణకు ఇవి ఉపయోగపడతాయి. బ్యాండ్స్ లేని వారిని పోటీ ప్రదేశానికి అనుమతించరు.

  • డెక్ మార్పులు : డీలర్ లేదా రమ్మీసర్కిల్ నిర్ణయం మేరకు డెక్ మార్పులు ఉంటాయి. ప్లేయర్ డెక్ మార్పులు కోర రాదు.
  • జరిమానాలు & ప్లేయర్ సభ్యతా నియమాలు :
    • ఒకే బల్లపై ఉన్న ప్లేయర్లు ఒక ఆట పూర్తయ్యే వరకు లేదా పూర్తయిన తర్వాత కూడా సలహాలు ఇవ్వకూడదు, ఆటను విమర్శించకూడదు.
    • ప్లేయర్లు బయటివారి నుంచి సలహాలు కోరకూడదు, పొందకూడదు.
    • ఒకే బల్లపై ఉన్న ప్లేయర్లు తమ కార్డులను ఇతర ప్లేయర్లకు చూపకూడదు.

  • సభ్యతా నియమాల ఉల్లంఘన : అనేకసార్లు సభ్యతా నియమాలను ఉల్లంఘించేవారికి టోర్నమెంటు సిబ్బంది/లేదా రమ్మీసర్కిల్ సుబ్బంది నిర్ణయించే జరిమానాలు విధించబడతాయి. అనవసరంగా ఇతర ప్లేయర్ల కార్డులను తాకడం, ఆటను ఆలస్యం చేయడం, అదేపనిగా తనవంతు రాకుండానే ఆడటం, ఎక్కువగా మాట్లాడటం, ఇతరులకు ఇబ్బంది కలిగించడం వంటివి ఈ ఉల్లంఘనల కిందికి వస్తాయి. ఇవికాక నాటకీయంగా, అసభ్యంగా సంతోషాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేయడం, అసమంజస ప్రవర్తన, లేదా భౌతిక చర్యలు, సైగలు లేదా చేష్టలకు జరిమానాలు విధించవచ్చు. ఇతర ప్లేయర్ల ఆట తీరును దూషించడం/లేదా ఇతరుల ఆడిన తీరును లేదా ఆడుతున్న తీరును చులకన చేసి మాట్లాడటం కూడా ఉల్లంఘనకిందికి వస్తాయి.
  • అసభ్య భాష : ఇతర ప్లేయర్లు, టోర్నమెంట్ సిబ్బంది, ఆ ప్రదేశంలో సిబ్బంది లేదా ఇతర సిబ్బంది పట్ల అసభ్య భాష వాడకాన్ని సహించడం జరగదు. ఏదైనా ప్లేయరు లేదా సిబ్బంది పట్ల చెడ్డ, అసభ్య లేదా బాధ కలిగించే భాష వాడితే జరిమానా విధించబడుతుంది. ఎవరినీ ఉద్దేశించకపోయినా పదేపదే అసభ్య, చెడ్డ భాషను వాడినా జరిమానా పడుతుంది.
  • ఆటలో పాల్గొనే వారంతా పోటీ జరిగినంత కాలం మర్యాదగా, సభ్యతతో మెలగాలి. ఎవరైనా అసభ్యంగా ప్రవర్తిస్తే అవతలి వ్యక్తి వెంటనే టోర్నమెంటు సిబ్బందిని సంప్రదించాలి. ఎవరైనా ప్లేయర్ వ్యక్తిగత శుభ్రత స్థాయి లేదా ఆరోగ్యం ఆ బల్ల వద్ద కూర్చున్న ఇతర ప్లేయర్లకు సమస్యగా మారినా సిబ్బంది దృష్టికి తీసుకురావచ్చు. ఆ వ్యక్తీ శుభ్రత లేదా ఆరోగ్యం ఇతరులకు ఇబ్బందో కాదో టోర్నమెంటు సిబ్బంది నిర్ణయిస్తారు. ఒకవేళ ఆ వ్యక్తి రమ్మీసర్కిల్ కు సంతృప్తిని కలిగించే స్థాయిలో దిద్దుబాటు చర్యలు తీసుకొని పక్షంలో టోర్నమెంటు సిబ్బంది తమ విచక్షణ ప్రకారం ఆంక్షలు విధిస్తారు.
  • ఏదైనా చర్య అధికార నియమాలకు లేదా ఉత్తమ ప్రయోజనాలకు అనుగుణంగా లేదని రమ్మీసర్కిల్ మరియు/లేదా టోర్నమెంటు సిబ్బంది భావిస్తే ఆ పని చేసిన వారికి జరిమానా విధించడం జరుగుతుంది.
  • జరిమానాలు : రమ్మీసర్కిల్ మరియు/లేదా టోర్నమెంటు సిబ్బంది మౌఖిక హెచ్చరిక నుంచి అనర్హునిగా ప్రకటించడం, అన్ని రమ్మీసర్కిల్ ప్రత్యక్ష పోటీల నుంచి నిషేధించడం వరకు (ఇక్కడ పేర్కొన్న) వివిధ రకాల శిక్షలు విధించవచ్చు. ఆషామాషీ ఆట, ఇబ్బందికలిగించే ప్రవర్తన సందర్భాల్లో పరిమితి లేకుండా జరిమానాలు విధించవచ్చు. ప్లేయర్ బల్ల నుంచి కార్డులు విసిరేసినా, ఒకటి లేదా అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ కార్డులు తిరగబడేటట్లు ప్రవర్తించినా, పదేపదే నెమ్మదిగా ఆడినా జరిమానా విధించవచ్చు. తోటి ప్లేయర్లు, టోర్నమెంటు సిబ్బంది, ప్రదేశంలోని సిబ్బందిని దూషించడం పూర్తిగా నిషిద్ధం.
  • సమాచార నవీకరణ : ప్రతి ఐఆర్ సి వారపు క్వాలిఫయర్ లేదా ఆదివారం ఫినాలేకు అన్ని ఈమెయిళ్ళు info@rummycirclemails.com మరియు support@rummycircle.com. నుంచి పంపబడతాయి. ప్రధాన పోటీ గురించి, వసతి, ప్రయాణం గురించి ఏమైనా సమాచారం కావలసి వస్తే ఈ ఈమెయిళ్ళ ద్వారానే సంప్రదించాలి.
