The DRT qualifiers are live now.

PARTICIPATION :

• A player must have the latest version of the RummyCircle App in order to participate in DRT 2020.
• To upgrade app click here For IOS & For Android on clicking the link you will be required to download the new version of the app.
• Any DRT ticket issued to a particular player is non-transferable & shall not entitle any benefit other than the right to participate in the respective tournament only.
• Entry to the Qualifiers will strictly be on a first-come, first-served basis. RummyCircle.com cannot be held responsible for players not getting a seat to the tournament.
• Prize Information - The winners will be eligible to receive cash & non-cash prizes as per the prize distribution plan, which may be subject to change
• Cash prizes will be credited to the winner's RummyCircle Account upon completion of the DRT Grand Finale.
• The decision of RummyCircle.com in any dispute regarding winning & disbursement of prizes shall be final and binding on all participants.
• The 1st Prize Winner of DRT 2020 will be awarded a cash prize of 2 crore (before TDS deduction)
• TDS, if applicable, will be deducted by RummyCircle at prevailing rates. The recipient shall, however, be required to submit a signed copy of their PAN card to support@rummycircle.com before claiming the prize.
• Notwithstanding anything contained herein, RummyCircle reserves the right to modify conditions applicable to or withdraw any DRT qualifier or DRT Daily Finale at any given point of time without prior notice.
• The RummyCircle Team's decision regarding the same shall be final and binding.
• By participating in the Promotion - DRT 2020 and winning the Prize Package, all Winners grant RummyCircle, as well as their marketing affiliates, a world-wide, sub-licensable, perpetual, royalty free, irrevocable right to use his/her name, image, voice and likeness for promotional, publicity and marketing purposes (whether online or offline) on all its platforms without any compensation and the Winners expressly waive any claims against RummyCircle.
• RummyCircle holds the right to collect or record testimonials from players who participate in the promotion, understand their experience and collect feedback at any time.RummyCircle also reserves the right to utilise the same for online/offline promotions at any time in the future.
• Information Updates - All email communication for DRT 2020 will be sent from info@rummycirclemails.com   support@rummycircle.com Please add these IDs to your safe senders' list. The Terms of RummyCircle.com are applicable to all services offered on Rummycircle.com. Any violation of the Terms at any stage may result in disqualification from DRT 2020, forfeiture of prizes and such other action by RummyCircle as may be deemed necessary as per the Terms & Conditions.
• RummyCircle also reserves the right to block/close the account if any violation of terms or fraudulent behavior is found.

GAME PLAY:

• Every tournament in the points rummy format will be time bound. Each round will have a fixed time limit. After the time limit is over for a particular round , but there are still few tables which have not completed their game - an extra time of 3 min will be given .The players are required to make a valid declaration within this window. If a valid declaration is not made by any player even in this extra time - this particular deal will be force-stopped. However no points will be deducted or added for this particular deal for players remaining on the table.
• If a player drops his/her hand before the time limit his points will be deducted even if the deal does not end in a valid declaration.
• Rebuy will be shown to players only who have sufficient balance for the rebuy transaction. In a scenario where a player sees a rebuy message - but before going ahead with rebuy , joins a cash game table and the balance goes below the amount required to make a rebuy - the rebuy will fail and the player will be eliminated from the tournament

ABOUT DRT 2020:

• Diwali Rummy Tournament is an annual tournament held every year during Diwali.
• Diwali Rummy Tournament (DRT) is valid for cash players only. A Cash player is defined as a player who has successfully added cash to his/her RummyCircle account and has played at least one cash game.
