By participating in the National Rummy Series Tournament including the qualifier rounds (collectively “Tournament”) organized by Play Games24x7 Private Limited (“Company”), each participant (“Player(s)”) expressly, irrevocably and unconditionally agrees to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions below including any amendments, modifications, or updates thereto.

The RummyCircle Terms of Service as published and updated from time to time on the Company's official website and / or mobile application, shall be read and complied with along with these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the RummyCircle Terms of Service, these Terms shall prevail solely with respect to matters relating to the Tournament.

• Eligibility for Finale Participation & Other General Terms:
  • The Tournament is open to all registered users of the RummyCircle platform, owned and operated by the Company. Entry into any qualifying rounds of the Tournament shall be subject to seat availability, which shall be limited and determined solely at the discretion of the Company. Participation shall be permitted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. The Company shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for a Player's failure to secure a seat, regardless of the reason.
  • Only Players who qualify through the weekly finale tournament(s) or wild card tournaments as determined and announced by the Company, shall be eligible to participate in the Tournament Finale (“Tournament Finale”). Qualification shall be subject to verification of the Player's compliance with all applicable eligibility criteria, Terms, and the Company's internal policies. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify or reject any Player who fails to meet such requirements.
  • The hourly and weekly qualifiers shall commence on May 31, 2025, and continue until July 6, 2025.
  • Participation in the Tournament is strictly limited to Players who are at least twenty-five (25) years of age as of the date of their entry into any stage of the Tournament. Players who are below twenty-five (25) years of age are expressly prohibited from participating in any capacity. The Company reserves the right to verify a Player's age at any stage of the Tournament, and any misrepresentation or failure to meet this requirement shall result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of prizes and or other action as the Company may deem appropriate.
  • The Tournament Finale will be held in-person in Mumbai, India (“Finale Location”). No virtual or remote participation will be permitted. Players that have qualified for the Tournament Finale must be physically present in Mumbai for up to five (5) consecutive days, or longer if required and communicated by the Company. Failure to attend in person as required shall result in automatic disqualification, and the Company shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or damage incurred by the Player as a result thereof.
  • The winner of the Tournament Finale shall be awarded a prize of INR 1,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees One Crore Only) (“Prize”). The Prize amount shall be credited exclusively to the RummyCircle wallet linked to the winner's verified RummyCircle account. The Prize is non-transferable to any third party and non-exchangeable for any other form of consideration. The winner shall be solely and entirely responsible for ensuring that their RummyCircle account and wallet is active, and compliant with the RummyCircle Terms of Service, Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, and any other eligibility or verification processes prescribed by the Company. Any failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of Prize and other action as the Company may deem appropriate.
  • All cash prizes shall be credited to the winners' wallet on the conclusion of the Tournament Finale.
  • Winners of each qualifier round will be announced at the end of that round in the 'Tournament Details' section.
  • In the event of any dispute regarding winner selection, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
  • The Company reserves the sole right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Tournament at any time without prior notice. The Company's decision in this regard shall be final.
  • Winners agree to provide a written and/ or video testimonial about their experience in the Tournament upon request by the Company. The Company shall have the exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual right to review, edit, adapt, publish, and use the testimonials, including the winner's name, image, voice, and likeness, for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes across any media now known or developed in the future. Winners irrevocably waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials and shall not claim any benefits, payment or compensation. This release shall remain binding and enforceable in perpetuity.
  • The Tournament is valid only within India. Players from Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Assam, Sikkim, and Telangana are not eligible to participate in this Tournament.
  • An officer, director, employee, consultant or agent of the Company or a relative of such persons, are ineligible to participate in the Tournament.
  • Each Player shall maintain only one account on the RummyCircle platform. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one account on the RummyCircle platform. If a Player is found to be operating multiple accounts, RummyCircle reserves the right to cancel all prizes, revoke Tournament participation, and take any other necessary action, including suspension of all associated accounts.
  • Winning a ticket for participation in any qualifiers does not guarantee entry to the Tournament Finale. Only Players who win the weekly finale will secure a ticket to the Tournament Finale.
  • If a Player fails to join the weekly finale or wild card finale, despite winning a ticket, the ticket will expire at the end of the day of the particular weekly/ wildcard finale.
  • By participating in the Tournament, including the Tournament Finale, the Player grants the Company and its affiliates full, unconditional, irrevocable, and perpetual consent to record, use, reproduce, broadcast, and publicly display the Player's name, image, voice, likeness in connection with the Tournament. The Player acknowledges and expressly agrees that the Tournament, including the Tournament Finale, may be streamed, promoted, or otherwise made publicly available on media platforms, including but not limited to third-party OTT platforms such as JioHotstar, social media platforms, or other digital media, either directly by the Company or through third-party partners, agencies, or digital distribution platforms engaged by the Company for the purpose of producing, hosting, streaming, or promoting the Tournament. By participating, the Player confirms that he/ she has no objection to such production, streaming, distribution, or public exhibition, and unconditionally consents to the use of their name, image, voice, likeness and related materials for any promotional or commercial purposes, without any requirement of further notice, approval, or compensation.
  • Further, by accepting the prize and/or participating in the Tournament, the Player expressly and irrevocably releases the Company, its affiliates, employees, agents, third - party partners, production houses, OTT platforms such as JioHotstar, digital agencies, and all persons or entities involved in the production, hosting, promotion, or streaming of the Tournament from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's participation in the Tournament, the awarding or use of any prize, or the use, editing, adaptation, or modification of the Player's appearance, name, image, voice, likeness for promotional or commercial purposes. This consent and release shall remain valid in perpetuity and shall be binding on the Player, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
• Travel & Accommodation
  • The Company shall bear reasonable and pre-approved travel, accommodation, and meal costs for Players attending the Tournament Finale, including:
    • Economy class round-trip airfare/train fare to Mumbai from the Player's city of residence.
    • Twin-sharing hotel accommodation with same sex / gender; no friends and family shall be permitted to share the hotel accommodation.
    • Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the duration of stay.
  • Any expenses not specified above, including personal expenses, upgrades, or incidentals shall be solely the Player's responsibility.
  • The Company reserves the right to finalize all logistical arrangements, including mode of transport and hotel category.
  • Players are responsible for timely arrival at airports or stations. In the event of a missed flight or train, the Company shall not be responsible. The Player must make alternative arrangements at their own expense.
  • Participation in the Tournament Finale and all related activities, including travel, accommodation, the shoot(s), and associated events, is undertaken by the Player(s) entirely at their own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, theft, damage, delay, disruption, or other unforeseen incident that may occur during the Player's travel, stay, participation, or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited to, medical emergencies, property loss, travel disruptions, or actions of third-party service providers. Players are solely responsible for their safety and well-being, and by participating in the Tournament Finale, they release the Company and its affiliates from any and all claims arising from such events.
• Identity Verification and Documentation
  • Players must be KYC-verified, and the PAN details provided must match the KYC documents to claim their Prize. Failure to complete or verify KYC in accordance with the Company's requirements shall result in immediate disqualification form the Tournament, and the Player shall forfeit any right to receive the prize.
  • All qualified Players must submit valid government-issued photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN Card, or Driving License) and a recent passport-sized photograph for verification in specified format and within the timeframe as specified by the Company.
  • Failure to provide required documents within the specified timeframe will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any claims to prizes or participation.
• Communication with Winners
  • The Company will attempt to contact each winning Player within twenty-four (24) hours of the conclusion of the relevant weekly finale or wild card finale, using the registered email address and/ or phone number provided in their RummyCircle account.
  • If the winning Player does not receive any communication within seventy-two (72) hours following the conclusion of the weekly finale or wild card finale, it is the Player's sole responsibility to contact the support team at support@rummycircle.com. Failure to do so within this timeframe shall result in the Player being disqualified from the Tournament Finale.
  • Winning Player will be mandatorily required to complete and submit an information request form shared by the Company. The form must be duly filed and submitted accurately and within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Non-compliance may result in disqualification.
  • All communications for weekly qualifiers/ wild card qualifiers will be sent from support@rummycircle.com. Players are responsible for adding these to their safe senders’ list.
  • Winning Players / finalists may also be required, from time to time, to sign additional declarations, consents, or undertakings as mandated by the Company for purposes including but not limited to publicity, participation, legal compliance, or third- party requirements. Such submissions shall be mandatory, and failure to execute or submit these within the specified time may result in immediate disqualification or such other actions, at the Company's sole discretion.
• Disqualification
  • The Company reserves the absolute right to disqualify any Player at any stage of the Tournament, without prior notice, for any reason deemed appropriate by the Company. Without prejudice to any other grounds for disqualification set forth elsewhere in these Terms, the following events shall, inter alia, constitute valid and independent grounds for such disqualification, including but not limited to:
    • Failing to be physically present at the Tournament Finale or at any required event or activity.
    • Participation in the Tournament is strictly limited to Players who are at least twenty-five (25) years of age as of the date of their entry into any stage of the Tournament. Players who are below twenty-five (25) years of age are expressly prohibited from participating in any capacity.
    • Failing to provide valid ID, necessary documentation, photograph, video in such format as required, as and when requested by the Company.
    • Providing false, incomplete or misleading information.
    • Breaching these Tournament Terms, the Terms of Service, or the Fair Play Policy of RummyCircle.
    • Engaging in misconduct, unethical behavior, collusion, or any activity that undermines the integrity, fairness, or public image of the Tournament or the Company, as determined solely by the Company.
  • The Company reserves the right to withhold or revoke any winnings or rewards in the event of disqualification.
• Disclaimer and Additional Terms
  • Additional disclaimers, promotional terms, and platform-specific conditions may apply in connection with the Company’s association with any third-party OTT platforms such as JioHotstar, social media platform, or distribution agency engaged to host, stream, or promote the Tournament.
  • The Company reserves the exclusive right to modify/ reschedule, suspend, extend or cancel any part of the Tournament or these Terms at its discretion, without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events or any other reason as may be determined solely by the Company without any liability.
  • In the event the number of Tournament finalists does not meet such number as required by the Company for the Tournament Finale, the Company reserves the right, to fill the remaining slots with individuals at its sole discretion. Such determination shall be final, binding, and not subject to review, challenge, or appeal, and the Company shall not be liable to any Player or third party in connection therewith.
  • Participation in the Tournament constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these Tournament Terms and the Terms of Service of RummyCircle.
  • Players shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company for any fraudulent acts, misuse of the Tournament, or breach of these Tournament Terms.
• Dispute & Amendment
  • The Company reserves the unconditional right to forfeit any prize, disqualify any Player, or take other corrective action, if the Player is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, unlawful activity, moral turpitude, or violates these Terms, the RummyCircle Terms of Service, or applicable laws.
  • The Company shall in no way be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential claims/damages incurred by the Players or any third party resulting from this Tournament or the prizes won by the players
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
• Taxes
  • A 30% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) shall be applicable on net winnings, in accordance with applicable tax laws, and shall be deducted at the time of withdrawal or at the end of the financial year.
  • Winners must complete their KYC successfully in order to withdraw their net winnings.
• Terms and Conditions for the Tournament Finale
  • Finalists must complete an information request form with accurate details as requested by the Company for travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Any misbehavior, misconduct, or inappropriate conduct by a Player at the Tournament location—whether before, during, or after the shoot, and for the entire duration of their participation in the Tournament Finale, including, but not limited to, any disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior towards the Tournament staff, dealer(s), representatives, or fellow participants, shall be deemed a serious breach of these Terms. Such conduct may result in the Player's immediate removal from the Tournament location, disqualification from the Tournament, and forfeiture of any prizes or entitlements, at the sole discretion of the Company.
  • The Company's representatives shall prioritize fairness and the integrity of the game in all decisions. Unusual circumstances may require deviation from technical rules in the best interest of fairness. In the event of any dispute, discrepancy, or question of interpretation relating to qualifiers, gameplay, rules, scoring, or Player conduct during the Tournament Finale, the final decision shall rest solely with the Company or any independent third party appointed by the Company for this purpose. Such decision shall be final, binding, and conclusive on all Players, and shall not be subject to any further review, correspondence, or appeal. The Company or its designated third party shall have the full authority to take any action as it deems necessary to preserve the fairness, integrity, and orderly conduct of the Tournament.
  • Players must:
    • Register on time and remain seated in assigned seats;
    • Follow instructions from dealers and staff;
    • Maintain proper etiquette and contribute to an orderly Tournament Finale.
  • Players shall not use phones at the table and must step away to take calls without communicating with other Players seated at the table to avoid any disturbance.
  • Tournament seating is randomly assigned and not changeable. Adjustments for special needs may be made at the Company's sole discretion.
  • Deck changes will be carried out solely at the discretion of the Tournament dealer or as directed by the Company. Players are not permitted to request or influence any changes to the deck under any circumstances.
  • Players must refrain from advising, criticizing, or commenting on any play at the table, whether before or after a hand is completed. Additionally, Players are strictly prohibited from discussing cards or strategy with spectators or exposing their cards to others. Any violation of this rule may result in immediate penalties.
  • Repeated breaches of player etiquette—including, but not limited to, unnecessary delays, acting out of turn, excessive talking, or inappropriate celebrations—may result in escalating penalties, and including disqualification from the Tournament at the Company's sole discretion.
  • The use of foul, obscene, abusive, or otherwise offensive language directed at other players, staff, or tournament personnel is strictly prohibited. Such behavior may result in immediate disciplinary action, including disqualification from the Tournament.
  • The Company's designated floor staff shall have the authority to determine whether a Player's personal hygiene or health condition is causing disruption. In such cases, Players may be asked to resolve the issue promptly. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Tournament venue or such other actions as deemed appropriate by the Company.
  • The Company reserves the right to penalize any behavior that is inconsistent with the official rules, fair play principles, or the overall integrity and best interests of the Tournament.
  • Penalties for violations of these rules may include, without limitation: verbal warnings, forfeiture of chips or prizes, immediate disqualification from the Tournament, and/or exclusion from future live events. All disciplinary decisions shall be made at the sole and final discretion of the Company or its authorized representatives.
  • By participating in this Tournament, Players unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to abide by all decisions of the Company, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
