- The manufacturers/brand owners of the mentioned gift prizes are not the sponsors of any promotions unless expressly stated.
- This Promotional Tournament is open to all club players.
- Participation in the Sunday Masters tournaments is on a first come-first serve basis. RummyCircle.com cannot be held responsible for any player not getting a seat.
- The winners of the Sunday Masters will emerge at the end of the tournament and the results will be declared instantly in the Game lobby – 'Tournament Details' section.
- In addition to the cash prizes as per the prize distribution plan, the 1st prize winners will be eligible to receive one non-cash prize (iPhone 15) too.
- Cash prizes will be credited to your RummyCircle user account instantly after Tournament completion and non-cash prizes will be dispatched through courier to the address provided by the winners. No cash shall be paid in lieu of non- cash prizes and no request shall be entertained for exchange of Prizes of equivalent value or cash.
- The images of the iPhone 15 used in the promotional communication are for representational purposes only. They may differ from the actual model of the iPhone 15 to be awarded. The decision of RummyCircle will be final and binding in this regard.
- The non-cash prize winners will receive an email or SMS or phone call about the winning prize within twenty-four (24) hours from the completion of the tournament. In case a winner does not receive an SMS or email or phone call, the winner is requested to contact our Helpdesk for further queries within seven (7) days of the completion of the tournament.
- To be eligible to claim the non-cash & cash prizes, the winner must be willing to provide a written and video testimonial that captures their personal winning experience. The RummyCircle team will be reaching out to the winners for the same. RummyCircle reserves the right to use these materials for marketing and promotional purposes. The team retains the right to review, edit, and approve the testimonials.
- Non-cash prizes must be claimed within 30 days from the date of winning. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prizes
- Winners will receive the non-cash prizes within 60 days from the date of sharing address and claiming the prize.
- White good prices can change subject to their prices at the time of delivery.
- In case of any dispute in selection of the winners, the decision of RummyCircle shall be final and binding.
- RummyCircle reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Sunday Masters Tournament at any time without notice. Our decision regarding the same shall be final and binding.
- TDS, if applicable, shall be borne by RummyCircle. The recipient shall however be required to submit a signed copy of the PAN card to support@rummycircle.com before claiming the prize.
- In the event the prize is received in broken or damaged condition, the same shall be reported to support@rummycircle.com within 48 hours of the receipt thereof for appropriate action. No subsequent claims shall be entertained. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, RummyCircle disclaims any warranty or guarantee relating to the quality and fitness of the prizes. All claims of product warranty must be addressed directly to the manufacturer or their authorized agents.
- Delivery of the winning prize to the postal address (as provided with the Company) shall be subject to presence/access of Company's courier agency to Player's delivery location. Otherwise, Player shall be responsible to collect it from the nearby office of the Company's courier agency or any other place as may be communicated by the Company/ courier agency.
- All email communication for the Sunday MastersTournament and the winner announcement will be sent from: support@rummycircle.com and info@rummycirclemails.com. Please add these IDs to your safe sender list. SMS alerts will be sent to you from us.
- The winners will be informed via phone call or email. Therefore, all players are advised to update their correct mobile numbers and email addresses on the RummyCircle website.
- All players must provide their correct postal address. We may verify your address at any time, including, prior to dispatch of prizes. Couriers once returned due to non-availability of the winner or incorrect address will not be shipped again unless courier refusal and redelivery charges are paid to RummyCircle in advance. However, no prizes can be claimed if refusal and redelivery charges are not paid within two weeks of failure of initial attempt to deliver the prize. In such event, the prize will be forfeited.
- This tournament is valid only in India. Players of Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Assam, Sikkim, and Telangana are not eligible to participate.
- Employees of RummyCircle are not eligible for participation.
- One player can have only one account on RummyCircle.com. If multiple accounts are detected, all prizes won will be cancelled.
- RummyCircle.com reserves all rights to use your name, login id, amount won etc. for marketing purposes.
- The Terms of Services are applicable to all services offered on www.rummycircle.com. Any violation of the Terms of service at any stage may result in disqualification from the Sunday Masters Tournament, forfeiture of prizes and such other action by RummyCircle as may be deemed necessary as per the Terms of Service.
- In the event any good to be given as a prize is not readily available in India immediately prior to dispatch of the prize, RummyCircle.com reserves the right to give any product of equivalent value as a prize and the decision of RummyCircle.com in this regard shall be final.
# To be counted as a cash player the user must have made at least one cash deposit and should have played minimum one cash game before the tournament.
