- ‘Prime Time Rummy Tournament’ is open to all Club players.
- Participation in the ‘Prime Time Rummy Tournament’ is on a first-come-first-serve basis. RummyCircle cannot be held responsible for any player not getting a seat.
- If a ticket is issued to a player at any point in time, it is valid only for the first (1st) tournament.
- The 1st Prize Winner will get an all-new SUV Car. The images of the car used in the promotional communication are for representation purposes only. They may differ from the actual model of vehicle to be awarded. The decision of RummyCircle will be final and binding in this regard.
- TThe winners of the ‘Prime Time Rummy Tournament’ will be announced at the end of the tournament on the 'Tournament Details' section.
- The Customer Support Team will reach out to the SUV Car winners within twenty four (24) hours after the completion of the tournament over the registered email or phone call to collect their addresses for car-booking purposes. If the winner does not receive any email or phone call, they are requested to reach out to the team on support@RummyCircle.comwithin 7 days of the completion of the tournament.
- If the winners are not KYC verified, then they must verify their KYC documents to claim their prizes.
- Players must also provide their PAN details to claim their prizes. The details on PAN should match the KYC document details.
- In case of any dispute in the selection of the winners, the decision of RummyCircle shall be final and binding.
- The manufacturers/brand owners of the above-mentioned prize (SUV Car) are not the sponsors of any promotions.
- Cash prizes will be credited to users' RummyCircle account instantly after Tournament completion. For non-cash prize winners, the SUV Car would be booked for them in a car showroom nearest to the address provided by the winner to the Customer Support team.
- SUV Car winners must place a claim request for any SUV Car within thirty (30) days of the completion of the tournament. If not, the prize would be forfeited.
- The TDS amount (42.8%) on the value of SUV Car must be borne by the winner of the 1st prize in the Prime Time Rummy Tournament. Road tax and other applicable charges associated with getting the vehicle on the road should be paid by the SUV Car winner. Cash prizes will be subject to TDS as per applicable laws.
- No cash shall be paid in lieu of SUV Car. No request shall be entertained for the exchange of prizes of any value.
- RummyCircle reserves the right to modify or withdraw the ‘Prime Time Rummy Tournament’ at any time without prior notice. RummyCircle’s decision regarding the same shall be final and binding on the players.
- To be eligible to claim the non-cash prize (for the purposes of the Prime Time Rummy Tournament, the SUV Car), the winner must be willing to provide a written and video testimonial that captures their personal winning experience. The RummyCircle team will be reaching out to the winners for the same. RummyCircle reserves the right to use these materials for marketing and promotional purposes. The team retains the right to review, edit, and approve the testimonials. The decision of RummyCircle in this matter shall be final and binding.
- Each participant consents to their name, login ID and amount won being referred to by RummyCircle for RummyCircle’s promotional and marketing purposes.
- By accepting the SUV Car, the winner also agrees to release RummyCircle and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of the prize.
- This tournament is valid only in India. Players of Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Assam, Sikkim and Telangana are not eligible to participate in the ‘Prime Time Rummy Tournament’.
- Employees of RummyCircle are not eligible for participation.
- One player can have only one account on RummyCircle. If multiple accounts from the same player are detected, all prizes won will be canceled.
- The Terms of Services are applicable to all services offered by RummyCircle. Any violation of the Terms of Service at any stage may result in disqualification from the ‘Prime Time Rummy Tournament’, forfeiture of prizes, and such other action by RummyCircle stated as per the Terms of Service.
